Camps in Baghdad controlled territory will be shut down this month and those in Kurdish region in 2021, HRW heard three aids workers saying so .

Although right group have been critical for the encampment ,At times referring to them as an air open prison ,They have been serving as refugee camps for those without homes and shelter or no where to go .

Under international humanitarian law ,you're only allow as government to forcefully displace people where there is military necessity.

The official end of the ISIL means there is no longer any endanger by other active conflicts but other dangers lurk ,included unexploded ordnance and hostile communities .
